Acceptance of Terms.
This online
payment feature is only for QPS monthly payments.
Any renewal or endorsement payments must be made
over the phone with one of our producers.
If
you agree, click “Agree”, to accept the Terms, as set
forth.
If
you disagree click please exit from this screen.
By
agreeing, you acknowledge that the information you enter
regarding your financial institution will be used to
make a single online payment of your insurance premium
and will not be stored for future use.
Please note:
- You cannot make a
monthly payment on this website if your policy
is cancelled for non-payment. You must call our
office today to make this payment. Our phone
number is 773-205-8255.

It is your
responsibility to enter in the correct
payment amount when making a payment on this
website. If you do not enter the correct
amount, this may lead to a cancellation for
non payment of premium.

It is your
responsibility to enter in all correct and
valid info (name/address/phone number/QPS
account number/etc).

I understand
that I do not get credit for this payment
until Talro Insurance receives this payment
on there accounting report. This may take
48-72 hours.
- Please make sure you
get an approval number and an receipt thru your
e-mail stating that your payment was approved.
If you do not receive any of these please call
our office immediately.
Changes in Terms.
These Terms may be
updated from time to time. You will be asked to agree to
these terms each time you wish to use the service.
A. Service Limitations:
Our goal is to make your a pleasant and productive
one. However, we cannot always foresee or anticipate
technical or other difficulties. These difficulties
may result in loss of data, personalization settings
or other service interruptions. For this reason, you
agree that online Services are provided "AS-IS,"
without warranties of any kind.
B. Service Changes and Discontinuation:
We reserve the right to change or discontinue,
temporarily or permanently, the service at any time
without notice.
