Involved in an Accident?
Call the police and make a report. If possible take photos of the scene and damage to the vehicles.
Exchange information with the other party involved. Obtain the following information:
- Other party’s name, address and phone number
- The name of their Insurance Company and their policy number
- Year, Make, Model of the other vehicle with the license plate and VIN# number
We always recommend you file a police report no matter how minor the accident.
